Returning Items for Replacement - If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace the item. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. Contact us within 10 days for replacement. No merchandise may be returned to us without a return authorization. E-mail us at service@BakingWhatYouLove.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#) along with any special return shipping instructions.
Returning Items for Exchange - Should you wish to exchange an item, e-mail us at service@BakingWhatYouLove.com for authorization within 10 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee to return the item to our inventory. All returns for exchange must be in new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted. Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Original Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Return postage charges will not be refunded.
Refused Items - We do not refund the shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item.
