The Chasseur Oval Dutch Oven is ideal for braising, stews, and casseroles. Its heavy cast-iron cookware construction retains and evenly distributes heat for consistent cooking results and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Each Chasseur Dutch Oven features a double layer of enamel. The first layer seals edges and protects against corrosion, while the outer layer adds color and durability and is easy to clean. The large knob on the matching lid is heat resistant up to 400F. Chasseur cookware is backed by a 10 year warranty.
